Who we are

Cinopix is operated by Saif Aldeen Tamimi, an individual doing business as Cinopix, based in Amman, Jordan. In these terms, “Cinopix”, “we” and “us” mean the operator. You can reach us at hello@cinopix.com.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cinopix. You are responsible for your account and everything created with it. Keep your login details private, and tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles every payment, invoice and receipt, and collects and pays any sales tax or VAT. Paddle also handles payment questions, cancellations and refunds. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms, shown at checkout.

Credits, plans and prices

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are listed on our pricing page; taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.

• Credits are prepaid. Each generation costs credits, and its exact cost is shown before you start it.
• The starter pack is a one-time purchase. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the same price until you cancel.
• You can cancel a plan at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed after that.
• If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

Refunds

Purchases with unused credits can be refunded within 14 days. Credits already used are not refunded, except for failed generations. The full rules are in our Refund policy at cinopix.com/refund.

Acceptable use

You may use Cinopix only for lawful creative and commercial work. You must not create, upload or share:

• Pornographic, sexual or nude content of anyone.
• Any content that sexualizes, exploits or depicts minors in a harmful way.
• Deepfakes: the face, body or voice of a real person without their clear permission, including fake endorsements, impersonation or fake news footage.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property, such as other companies’ logos, products or characters you have no right to use.
• Violent, hateful or harassing content, or content that promotes terrorism or self-harm.
• Misleading content, such as AI media presented as real footage of real events, scams or false advertising.

You must also not try to get around our safety filters, overload the service or access other people’s accounts. Our Content policy (cinopix.com/content-policy) gives more detail.

Suspension and termination

Breaking these terms or our Content policy can lead to the suspension or permanent closure of your account, with or without notice. Credits in an account closed for a violation are not refunded. We remove content that breaks these rules and report illegal content to the authorities.

What you own

You own the images and videos you create and may use them commercially, as long as they follow these terms and the license terms of the underlying models. You give us permission to store and process your prompts, uploads and results only to provide the service to you. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload.

Our service

Cinopix uses third-party AI models to generate content. Results can vary and may not always match your prompt. We may change, add or remove models and features to keep the service working well, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time by writing to hello@cinopix.com. Closing an account deletes its creations.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; when the changes are important we will tell you by email or on the site before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without affecting the consumer protection rights of the country where you live.
