Privacy policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026We collect only what we need to run Cinopix, and we never sell your data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and which service providers process it for us.
Who is responsible
Cinopix is operated by Saif Aldeen Tamimi, doing business as Cinopix, Amman, Jordan. Questions or requests about your data: hello@cinopix.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form).
- Your content: prompts, product photos and other uploads, and the images and videos you generate.
- Usage data: credits bought and spent, your generations and their settings, and basic technical logs that keep the service secure.
- Payment details are collected by Paddle, not by us. We only receive what we need to add your credits, such as your order, plan and country.
Who processes your data
We use a few trusted service providers, each only for its part of the service:
- Paddle.com processes all payments as our Merchant of Record: card details, billing address, invoices and taxes. See Paddle’s privacy policy at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
- Supabase stores your account, credits, creation history and your files (uploads and results), in a data center in the European Union (Ireland).
- fal.ai processes your prompts and uploaded images to generate your images and videos, and runs the language model that translates and improves prompts.
- Vercel hosts the website.
How we use it
To run your account, generate your content, show your library, process purchases through Paddle, answer support requests, prevent abuse and keep the service safe. We do not use your prompts, uploads or results to advertise to you, and we do not sell your data.
Cookies and local storage
We use only cookies needed for the site to work: your login session and your language choice. Your browser also keeps your unsent prompt draft and a few display settings. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and content while your account is open. When you delete a creation, its file is removed; the record of the credits it used stays in your history. When you close your account, we delete your content and personal data, except records we must keep by law (for example for payments, which Paddle keeps).
Your content
Your library is private: only you can see your creations. We show work in Explore or on social media only with your permission.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, at any time by writing to hello@cinopix.com. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
Cinopix is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy; when the changes are important we will tell you by email or on the site.
