Last updated: October 31, 2026Cinopix is for creative and commercial work. To keep it safe for everyone, some things are never allowed, and every prompt and upload is checked before it is generated.
Never allowed
Sexual content involving minors in any form. Sexual or nude content of any person. Content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or hate against people for who they are.
Real people
Do not create images or videos of real, identifiable people without their consent, and never in a way that could deceive, embarrass or harm them. No fake endorsements, fake news footage or impersonation.
Brands and copyrighted work
Do not use other companies’ logos, trademarks or copyrighted characters unless you own them or have permission. Product ads should feature your own products.
Misleading content
AI-generated media must not be presented as real footage of real events. When you publish AI content where it could be mistaken for reality, label it.
What happens if you break these rules
Prompts and uploads that break this policy are blocked automatically. Repeated or serious violations lead to account suspension without refund, and we report illegal content to the authorities.
